Hey, we missed getting to see all you folks at Elephant Butte this past winter. We spent the summer in Buena Vista, Colorado and the winter in Texas with family. We thought we just might get to make a trip to see the EB Bunch before we headed out for our summer gig, just never did make it. bummer.

We accepted a summer job in Minot, ND. Feels like we have been plunged back into winter since we arrived in a snowstorm Sunday afternoon and it has not warmed up yet. And the Souris River is still in flood stage, so there are dikes around the park.
On the plus side the owners of this park are great as well as the other couple that we will be working with this summer. Everyone assures us that summer will eventually get here, and the sooner the better!! We are looking forward to this adventure as we have never been this far north.
We left Texas, traveled across Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, crossed the Missouri River into Iowa, and then crossed the border into South Dakota. There was this monster winter storm predicted for the area so we sat in Sioux Falls, SD for several days before we were able to travel on to Minot.
We look forward to seeing where everyone goes this summer. Sorry it has taken me so long to get a post on here, but I think I have finally got it figured out.

Hmmmm, summer in Minot? Doesn't that happen between August 1 and August 15?
Sorry we didn't get to see you this winter, hope we do next winter!
