But love those hellos!! So I'm already looking forward to next fall when we can see everybody and hear all about their summer travels. A whole bunch of us had dinner at the Cuchillo Cafe tonight and laughed it up, then we watched Deb and Dave and Phyllis and Ken do their last-minute prep for an early (crack o'dawn) getaway tomorrow. Dang I love watching other people work! The weather forecast calls for them to maybe get snowflaked on tomorrow in northern NM for their first stop. Their second stop is in Pueblo, CO, and you can bet that Phyllis and Deb will be reporting on their visit to "Cathy with a C" at Monk's Cloth and More!
Dennis and Sharon should be out of here tomorrow, too, for a 9-day stop at a COE park between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Hope we can go pester them while they're there.
Dick and Donna and Brenda and Hank aren't far behind, Brenda and Hank have their "summer trailer" parked next to their 5er in their site, transferring all the necessities.
If all goes well we'll be headed for a summer in Albuquerque on Sunday. It's just too darned expensive to pay for the fuel to wander far this year, and I like Albuquerque anyway. If it just gets too hot, we can always escape to Raton for a few weeks.
Zellers are safely home, they're just not sure if they really wanted to be in that snow and cold this early!
Mayno left Thursday, hope we hear soon that he's made it safely.
Travel safely, all of you on the road tomorrow, and have a great summer wherever you are!
